Terms of Service

dammam.repair provides repair and maintenance services for electric home appliances, including:

• Automatic washing machine repair
• Dryer repair
• Refrigerator & freezer repair
• Dishwasher repair
• Electric stove repair
• AC maintenance
• AC copper pipe & electrical wiring

We do not repair gas stoves, gas ovens, or industrial appliances. Booking an appointment does not obligate us to carry out a repair before conducting an inspection and providing an assessment.

• We provide a free initial inspection to identify the problem and give a price estimate.
• No inspection fee is charged unless agreed upon in advance verbally or in writing.
• The estimate provided after inspection is preliminary and may change if additional faults are discovered during the repair.
• We do not begin any repair before receiving your explicit approval of the quoted price.

• Prices are determined after inspection and agreed upon with the customer before work begins.
• Prices may change if unexpected additional problems are discovered.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service by cash or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Spare parts costs are determined by part type and appliance model.

• We use new or high-quality refurbished spare parts based on availability and need.
• If you specifically require original manufacturer parts, please inform us in advance — this may affect cost and turnaround time.
• We are not liable for appliance damage resulting from parts supplied by the customer themselves.

• We provide a warranty on repair services for 4 months (120 days) from the date of the repair.
• The warranty covers appliance faults directly related to the completed repair and the replaced parts.
• The warranty does NOT cover:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Damage resulting from third-party intervention after our repair
  • New faults unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage resulting from customer-supplied parts

When requesting our service, customers must:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance, the problem, and the service address
• Provide a safe and suitable working environment for our technicians
• Notify us immediately of any issue arising after the repair during the warranty period
• Not tamper with or modify the appliance during the warranty period without our consent

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability in any incident does not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
• We do not guarantee repair of appliances where the repair cost would exceed the appliance's market value.
• If repair is not possible, we will notify the customer and will not charge repair fees. A visit fee may apply in specific pre-agreed cases.

• You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment free of charge if you notify us at least one hour in advance.
• If you are not present at the time of the visit without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a visit fee.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to breach or interfere with website systems
• Post or transmit misleading or harmful content
• Infringe on the website's intellectual property rights

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of dammam.repair and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
